Menu: Montlake Cut
Montlake Cut is a sophisticated fresh fish & raw-bar restaurant in Dallas, Texas inspired by the Pacific Northwest Duwamish tribe. This menu rebrand aims to reflect the tribe's tribute to the sea in every detail such as: subtle watercolor fishing illustrations, linen covers suggestive of boat sails, a hand-painted logo reflecting boat signage, and the use of a sailor's knot to bind the menu together.
